HideIPVPN Help Center: Unable to connect

Welcome to HideIPVPN. Your privacy and quality of our services are the most important for us. So if you have any difficulties with VPN or SmartDNS you can always contact us through live-chat or by submitting a support ticket. In case you are unable connect through VPN, here you will find a check-list that will help you to fix most of technical issues.
1. Make sure your internet connection is active.
2. Please close HideIPVPN application and start it again.
3. Try to use different protocol to connect. As you know HideIPVPN software offers you a choice of 4 different VPN protocols: PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN and SSTP. Also you can try to connect through one of the best vpn protocol: SoftEther.
4. Or try to connect to another server also with different VPN protocols.
5. If you don’t use our free software please check our manual setup tutorials. Find your device and click on the protocol you want to setup manually.
