How to: Change billing cycle

This tutorial will guide you how to change your package billing cycle. Just follow next steps.

1. Sign in to Client area

2.  Click on Packages (1). Select the package you want to change billing cycle (2)

4. Click on Change billing cycle (3). Then select new billing cycle for your package (4) and press “Update” button.

If you already paid for previous billing cycle then you’ll only have to pay the difference.

Note, that if your next invoice was already generated, you won’t be able to upgrade or downgrade to a new package. In this case please better contact our support by creating a ticket in client area or using live chat.
