HowTo: Boxee Box PPTP VPN Setup Tutorial

Setting up HideIPVPN PPTP VPN under Boxee Box is simple. The following instructions go step-by-step through the creation process.

1. Press the menu button to get into the menu. Select settings.

2. Navigate to “Network” and press enter.

3. Go down to “VPN” and enter the following information:

Connection Type: PPTP

Server:  Check the list of available PPTP servers under your Client Area.

Account: Your VPN account username.

Password: Your VPN password.

Encryption required: Must be enabled.

To Connect to the VPN click on “Connect…”

To Disconnect from the VPN click on “Disconnect…”
